Whilst at the beach I actually discovered one of these Maybelline Baby Lips hiding in my beach bag - I had bought it a couple of months ago and had completely forgot about it! I always suffer from super dry lips at the beach (it must be all the salt and wind) - so I usually have at least one lip product stashed in my beach bag.
I like the cute packaging and the fact that they provide just the right amount of colour onto my lips. I also like the price - these set me back around $3.95 from my local Priceline.
Even though these little guys have a lot going for them, there is one thing that ruins it all - the scent and taste! I cannot stand to wear these lip balms for more than a mere few minutes - it just bothers me that much!
It is a really artificial, chemical kind of scent taste and scent which just puts me off! There are a couple of L'Oreal lip products (like this one) which also have this awful scent and as a result, I cannot stand.
I have had good experiences with other Maybelline Baby Lips products in the past (previous review is here) so it seems that these products are a bit of a hit and miss.
